Congratulations to Lambeth Palace Library for its well-deserved RIBA London Award.
System Five, a 4energy group company, is the incumbent service and maintenance provider at Lambeth Palace Library and prior to this, our Projects Team were invited to join the prestigious team that created the building and were led by architects – Wright & Wright, Main Contractor – Knight Harwood and M&E Engineers – Max Fordham.
System Five were responsible for a BEMS which integrates an energy centre, AHU and terminal unit control to manage environmental conditions and provide a closely controlled environment. The heating and cooling systems have been designed to utilise low carbon technologies and conservation heating techniques and the Library has been awarded the coveted BREEAM Excellent rating.
