The System Five analytics team have developed and deployed halo to monitor and report energy savings across our estate, which in turn provided invaluable data on ROI for projects undertaken. The service and technological approach surpassed our expectations and so we are discussing the rollout of livesight with an in-cloud bureau service for the New Year.
I have worked in multiple buildings throughout my career, meeting and seeing the work of BMS engineers. System Five are the only company that I could not find a single fault with, and their staff are super friendly and helpful. The Southampton Centre for Cancer Immunology project was Procure 21+ and System Five worked closely with SPIE to provide cost advice and a detailed design. At the installation/commissioning stage, System Five were self-sufficient and understood the standards required by the Client. The SCCI building housed a Pre-Clinical Unit, which had a precise method of control, System Five’s input was very important to gain the required validated approval. This gives testament to their collaborative approach and exploration of all possible control operations to ensure the facility was completed to the Clients’ satisfaction.
