System Five’s Special Projects team are undertaking works at The Ark in Hammersmith. System Five, a 4energy group company, first worked at this iconic building over 10 years ago. Over that period the building has had a number of different tenants each with their own particular requirements which has led to us returning to reconfigure their systems.
We are currently working directly with the landlord’s facilities management team Combined Technical Solutions upgrading the network backbone and removing obsolete risers.
The Ark is about to undergo an exciting full refurbishment and is targeting BREEAM “Excellent” under the leadership of principal contractor BW: Workspace Experts and project manager Gardiner & Theobald.
