The Service Team at System Five are proud to have been selected by CBRE to be the incumbent maintenance and service provider for City Hall, the headquarters of the Mayor of London and the Greater London Assembly, located in the Royal Docks, Newham.
The building originally opened in 2012 and was previously an exhibition centre for sustainable architecture, known as The Crystal. At the time it opened, it was the first building in the world to reach the highest sustainable award level for both LEED and BREEAM.
System Five’s Service Team engineers visit City Hall for two days per month as part of their Gold contract, to carry out any repairs and adjustments that are required together with planned preventative maintenance.
