System Five is delighted to be working on the East Horndon Unit 1 part of the London Brentwood Commercial Park being built by Readie Construction for their client Goodman.
System Five are providing a BEMS to serve the various systems including the integration of ventilation systems, solar wall, domestic hot water generation and extensive metering to feed into the client’s energy management system.
The project is a 126,000 sq ft industrial / distribution unit which also includes 15,000 sq ft of headquarter-style Grade A offices, Solar PV system of 1,050kWp, electric car charging points, rainwater harvesting, a landscaped park environment and has achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
