System Five, is proud to have been selected by LJJ – Southern, to be a member of the team working on the 204 Great Portland Street project which has been designed by E8 Architecture on behalf of client Concord London Developments.
This prestigious Design & Build development, which will be known as W1 Place, is located between London’s Marylebone and Fitzrovia neighbourhoods and will comprise 37 high end residential units from 1st to 8th floor and additional ground floor / basement retail units.
System Five’s Project team are providing a BMS to the central services including the main energy centre, which utilises a CHP and other plant to provide heat to the apartments via Heat Interface Units. A VRF system is employed in each apartment which is controlled through the audio-visual apartment systems and the BEMS will provide comprehensive energy monitoring.
