System Five’s Service team are proud to have been appointed as the incumbent maintenance and service provider for the striking nhow London hotel which is located close to ‘Silicon Roundabout’, the high-tech hub in Shoreditch, working on behalf of Castle Building Services.
nhow London is one of 8 nhow hotels which also include Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Frankfurt, Marseille, Milan and Rotterdam. nhow hotels are part of the NH Hotel Group which was established in 1978 and now operates more than 350 hotels in 28 markets.
nhow London is committed to implementing green best-practices in all areas of the hotel and are proud to have been awarded with a Green Key International Award, a leading standard for excellence in the field of environmental responsibility and sustainable operation within the tourism industry.
The hotel features vibrant décor throughout which combines traditional British icons with unconventional contemporary style and includes 190 rooms, a restaurant, bar, gym, networking spaces and meeting rooms and was created by a team which included EPR Architects, Project Orange and Willmott Dixon Interiors.
Engineers from System Five will make 6 visits per year to the hotel to ensure that their Tridium based BEMS is operating at peak efficiency throughout all parts of the hotel, for the benefit of customers and staff, as well as keeping cost and energy use to a minimum.
