System Five are proud to have been selected by MCS to work on 16 St Martins Le Grand in the City of London. The project is led by renowned main contractor Structure Tone and Barr Gazetas Architects on behalf of St Martins Property Investment Ltd and Gleeds Cost Consultancy.
Built in 1925 this Grade II listed building is faced in Portland stone and includes a grand entrance and reception area complete with marble pillars.
The project will see System Five Project Team engineers installing a Distech Controls Eclypse system which connects to main plant including pack AHU and water services. All floors will have VRF air conditioning, and our engineers will install VAV controls against CO2. Two floors are also being fitted out. The project is scheduled to complete in April 2024.
