System Five are proud to have been selected by Mala Engineering, a long established, integrated engineering services company to be the incumbent maintenance and service provider for The Brunswick, a grade II listed mixed use building in Bloomsbury.
The Brunswick was designed by Patrick Hodgkinson and completed in 1972 and in the early 2000s benefitted from a major renovation project which was undertaken by award winning architects Levitt Bernstein. Its brutalist design continues to sharply divide opinion.
Today The Brunswick includes 560 flats, shops, cafés, restaurants, a Waitrose supermarket, a gallery, a gym, a medical centre and a Curzon cinema and attracts 8 million visitors per annum.
Engineers from System Five’s Service team will visit The Brunswick four times each year to ensure that its Trend Control Systems BEMS and associated plant are working at peak efficiency.
