The 19,708 sq ft property has recently benefited from a £4m large scale refurbishment which was overseen by construction company, Woodvalley and now has best in class offices over 8 floors, with end-of-journey facilities, a communal roof terrace and a courtyard.
Engineers from System Five’s Service team will be responsible for the VRF Heating and Cooling system and Trend Control Systems BEMS, ensuring that the offices and communal areas maintain optimal energy efficiency.
