System Five were proud to have been selected by Bradgate – our longest running client who we have worked with since 2006, to join the team working at Anglia Ruskin University on the William Harvey Building. The project included the integration of a Swegon Heat Recovery Unit via bacnet and integration of a Mitsubishi VRF also via bacnet. Our engineers also added CO2 sensors and renewing temperature sensors along with override function to control electrically actuated windows for fresh air.
Anglia Ruskin has three campuses, including Chelmsford, Cambridge and ARU Peterborough. The William Harvey Building was opened in 2007 and is part of the riverside campus in Chelmsford which includes the School of Nursing and Midwifery, a skills lab for Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) as well as staff offices and small break-out areas.
System Five has strong links with the education sector and we have worked with a number of universities and colleges including Middlesex University, City of Westminster College, Oxford University’s Blavatnik School of Government and the University of Essex, assisting them both installing and integrating new technologies as well as keeping their current equipment working at peak efficiency.
