System Five are proud to have recently been selected by Mala to be the incumbent service and maintenance provider for two sites in the City of London – Asia House (31-33 Lime Street) which is a 19,500 sq ft Grade A office building, as well as 10 Lime Street which is a high specification retail, commercial and office development with 43,000 sq ft of Grade-A office space, spanning seven storeys.
Engineers from System Five’s Service team have carried out a full inspection and have subsequently undertaken some repairs and adjustments and made recommendations for further works to both buildings. At Asia House we have upgraded from Trend 963 to IQVision, provided a new head end and carried out training and supervision.
Asia House and 10 Lime Street are home to London division of SCOR, a leading global reinsurer, that offers a range of reinsurance and insurance solutions and services to control and manage risk.
