System Five are proud to have been selected by Polyteck Group to be the incumbent maintenance and service provider for Fivefields, 8 – 10 Grosvenor Gardens, close to Victoria Station in London.
The building underwent a complete Cat A & Cat B fit out last year by a team which included RED Construction Group, award winning architects Barr Gazetas, and services engineers, Taylor Project Services LLP to provide 30,000 sq ft of high-quality Grade A private office space and enterprise suites and boasts a range of spaces and facilities with a particular focus on inclusivity, accessibility, sustainability and wellbeing.
Fivefields focuses on supporting charities and social impact organisations working to improve outcomes for children and young people, and also offers private offices and enterprise suites to the open market, prioritising those whose work is complimentary to the charity hub occupants and its creation was a joint initiative of Westminster Foundation, Grosvenor and x+why.
Fivefields sustainability credentials include, BREEAM Excellent, Fitwel 1*, Nabers 4* and AirRated Gold and engineers from System Five’s Service team will ensure that their Trend Control Systems based BEMS operates at peak efficiency throughout the year.
