System Five is proud to have been selected by Polyteck, to be the new incumbent service and maintenance provider for No 26, which comprises 183 beautifully appointed apartments in East Croydon which are managed by Native Residential.
Completed in 2019, No.26 is Croydon’s first BTR development, which was created using the bones of an unloved 1960s office building known as Carolyn House. No 26 includes studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments with high-end kitchen appliances, Conran furnishings, private balconies, roof terraces, co-working areas and communal lounges and offers a co-living option.
Engineers from System Five’s Service team will visit No 26 through the year providing Planned Preventative Maintenance as well as servicing heating and ventilation systems which utilise a Trend Controls BEMS.
