System Five were proud to be selected by Poundbridge Developments to join the team working on the project at 108 Cannon Street in the City of London. The scheme covers 13,000 sq ft over three floors and engineers from the System Five Projects team were asked to assist with a number of tasks including implementation of Co2 control, water use monitoring, leak detection and works to the reception area. A high efficiency Air Source Heat Pump system was installed to provide heating and cooling to each floor and as such any changes to this were reflected in the Trend based BEMS.
These best-in-class workspaces have been comprehensively refurbished by a team that included award winning architects Barr Gazetas, main contractor Quarterback and SGI Building Services. The refurbishment includes brand new plug and play units, a modular ceiling for office flexibility, a tenant lounge in reception, upgraded end of trip facilities including bike racks, lockers and showers and a communal terrace with entertainment facilities.
