25 Berkeley Square is an imposing Grade II listed building created by the architect Frank Verity in 1906 originally as luxury apartments. The building has recently undergone an impressive refurbishment. Its façade and much of its interior heritage has been carefully conserved, whilst optimising it for 21st century business and adding a contemporary aesthetic, by a team that included Synergy Property Group and Forme UK.
The building boasts a BREEAM Excellent rating, awarded for its optimal energy efficiency and sustainability.
Engineers from System Five’s Service team will visit throughout the year to ensure that its Honeywell Centraline based BEMS is operating at peak efficiency.
