System Five is proud to have been selected by Technocrates Construction, to join a team which includes M&E Designer, AGP Consultants to work on an exciting new development on Bombay Street in Bermondsey in South-East London. The project will create 2 commercial and 18 residential units for the Acorn Property Group.
Engineers from System Five’s Projects team are installing new BMS panels to each block which will monitor alarm signals from the landlords’ plant within blocks 3/5 and block 7. Each panel is based on the Distech range of controls and is equipped with GSM connectivity which will connect to our cloud-based supervisory system, livesight.
livesight is a very economical and flexible system that will allow the client to view the status of their equipment from any internet browser equipped device and will alert the client’s team to any issues via email.
The redevelopment at Bombay Street is part of an impressive regeneration project to create ‘Biscuit Town’ on and around the site of the former Peak Freans biscuit factory. The finished scheme will include a new shopping centre, a new community of 1500+ homes and a secondary school, as well as a main public square and landscaped areas.
