System Five is proud to have been selected by Polyteck Group to be the incumbent service and maintenance provider for 500 Chiswick High Road in West London.
The property is a collection of Studio 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, penthouses and four bedroom townhouses, which was built in 2017 by Redrow, one of the largest residential developers in the UK. The team also included architect John McAslan + Partners and Services Engineer, Scotch and Partners.
The buildings’ structure includes a range of passive design features which minimise heating, cooling and lighting demand including building fabric performance, air tightness and thermal mass. The energy solution for the development includes Combined Heat and Power system, gas boilers, thermal stores, and heat interface units.
Engineers from System Five’s Service team will visit the development throughout the year to ensure that its Trend Control Systems based building energy management system is working at optimal efficiency.
