System Five are proud to have been selected by Poundbridge Developments to be the incumbent maintenance and service provider for 10 Old Bailey in central London.
This high-quality office building occupies a site bounded by the Central Criminal Court (the ‘Old Bailey’ itself) to the north, and Amen Court (the official residence of the clergy of St Paul’s Cathedral) to the east.
10 Old Bailey was constructed in 2009 within the St Paul’s Conservation Zone and has recently been comprehensively refurbished to deliver a new entrance, reception area, business lounge and end of trip facilities, designed by award winning architects Spratley & Partners. Sustainability is at the core of the architect’s practice and their retrofit-first approach means that they are able to bring new life to renovations and period properties such as this. The refurbishment team also included main contractor Morgan Lovell and environmental design and building services engineers, Atelier Ten.
Engineers from System Five’s Service Team will visit the building throughout the year to ensure that their Honeywell Centraline based BEMS is working at peak efficiency.
