System Five are proud to be working with Curaim UK Limited at the Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara, a Sikh Temple situated in Gravesend, Kent. It is the largest Gurdwara in Europe and also one of the largest outside India.
The Temple has 3 prayer rooms and 2 langar halls, additionally, there is a Punjabi School, a day centre for the elderly community and a sports hall which hosts boxing, basketball and karate.
The Temple has decided that it is time to remove their obsolete TAC Xenta system and install a state-of-the-art Distech Controls system including a range of intuitive bespoke graphics which will be installed into each of the controllers. The new system will make direct use of Distech’s application loaded onto phones and tablets allowing for quick and easy plant adaptions.
We envisage the new control equipment will result in a system that is easily maintainable allowing for increased efficiency monitoring whilst improving the comfort levels within the space. Additionally alerting the engineering team to any failures and allowing the System Five bureau to react within minutes to any failures remotely and have the system back on and operating optimally quickly and efficiently.
